Grass Nook is an independent online store offering furniture, home décor, decorative accents, storage products, and other products for everyday living spaces.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, measurements, materials, colors, photographs, assembly information, and care instructions.

Actual colors may vary because of photography, lighting, device displays, production batches, and material characteristics.

Products made with wood, stone, fabric, ceramic, glass, metal, or handcrafted materials may have reasonable variations in grain, texture, pattern, shade, or finish.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions and confirming that furniture will fit through entrances, hallways, stairways, elevators, and the intended placement area.

Furniture Assembly and Safety

Some products require assembly. Follow all supplied instructions and safety warnings.

Furniture capable of tipping should be secured using suitable anti-tip or wall-anchoring hardware. Customers are responsible for determining whether supplied hardware is suitable for their wall material.

Do not exceed stated weight limits. Children and pets should not climb, pull on, or play inside furniture.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper assembly, incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, excessive weight, or failure to follow safety instructions.

Orders

An order confirmation confirms receipt of the order but does not guarantee acceptance.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of:

• Product unavailability;

• Incorrect pricing or product information;

• Payment authorization failure;

• Suspected fraud;

• An incomplete or undeliverable address;

• Unusual order quantities;

• A safety, legal, or compliance concern.

If we cancel a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices, Taxes, and Shipping

Applicable taxes are calculated according to the delivery address and displayed during checkout.

Grass Nook provides free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders.

Payment

Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be verified.

Shipping

We ship only within the United States.

Orders normally require 2–3 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 3–6 business days in transit. Estimated total delivery time is 5–9 business days.

Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-quality-related returns. Grass Nook covers reasonable authorized return shipping for confirmed damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect products when a return is required.
