How long does processing take?

Orders normally require 2–3 business days for verification, preparation, and packaging.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated transit time is 3–6 business days after shipment.

What is the total delivery estimate?

The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is 5–9 business days.

Will I receive tracking information?

When tracking is available, we will email it after the order ships. Tracking may require up to 48 hours to begin showing movement.

Can an order arrive in separate packages?

Yes. Furniture, oversized products, or orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Does delivery include furniture assembly?

Unless clearly stated on the product page, standard shipping does not include assembly, installation, room-of-choice placement, or packaging removal.

How do I know whether furniture will fit?

Review the product dimensions and measure your room, doors, hallways, stairways, elevators, and other access points before ordering.

What is your return period?

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.

Return authorization is required.

Who pays return shipping?

For a non-defective return based on preference, dimensions, color, style, or change of mind, the customer pays return shipping.

For a confirmed damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product, Grass Nook covers reasonable authorized return shipping when a return is required.

Can assembled furniture be returned?

Furniture generally must remain unassembled and unused for a preference-related return.

If assembly was necessary to discover a concealed defect, contact us before disassembling or returning it.

How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

The bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.

Can I cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to help, but cancellation is not guaranteed after processing begins.
